About Wiktor
Cześć, I’m Wiktor. I’ve been a sports trainer since 2012 and a freediver for the past 6 years. I started freediving because I was curious about what my body can do — but over time, I fell in love with the calm, the silence, and the time for reflection underwater.
I’m an AIDA Master Instructor and a PADI Master Scuba Diving Instructor. I also teach CPR, work as a lifeguard, and judo coach. In my freetime I read, watch, and listen to almost everything related to freediving, human anatomy, biochemistry and technology — it’s a passion that keeps growing.
At Dive with Time, I offer freediving courses and mentoring for anyone interested — beginners, intermediates, or advanced. You don’t need anything special to start, just curiosity and a bit of time. I’m focused on deep relaxation during longer breathholds, as well as no-fins technique, body position, and how your body reacts during apnea.
I believe freediving is good for both body and mind. It teaches you to slow down and listen to yourself. I’m here to support your journey — with patience, humor, and structure.

About Laura
Hi, I’m Laura. I have a background in engineering and project management, but my true passion lies in the ocean and the quiet focus of freediving. For me, it’s not about depth or numbers — it’s about finding calm, connecting with nature, and enjoying the freedom of being underwater.
I’m an Freediving Athlete and have been training and practicing freediving for several years alongside my husband. We also share a love for judo, which shapes the way I approach teaching: with discipline, clear structure, and a bit of playful energy.
At Dive with Time, I take over coordination and communication. I supporting people through freediving courses — from complete beginners to those looking to refine their technique. My focus is on relaxation, body awareness, and safe progress, so that every diver can discover what feels good and sustainable for them.
I believe freediving is not only a sport but also a way to balance body and mind. With us you will learn in a supportive atmosphere, with patience and encouragement.
