Today’s Focus

CO2 Table

What I learned!

This is nothing new for those who have been following my journey from day one.

Today’s CO₂ table was all about staying calm through the contractions—accepting them instead of fighting them. I focused on moving as little as possible, relaxing every unnecessary muscle, and letting my mind drift somewhere else.

Every session is another reminder that progress isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about staying calmer.

Too the Table

During this journey I found out that the 9th hold is the most relaxed. Therefore all my tables are made to have a “max” hold there. The variation is big, I do this table from 80% inhale to passive exhale. (Of course always on the same level during one session.) Still you see my heart rate elevating in the end of the hold.

What I liked!

  • the birds singing and hearing them fly past me
  • being outside in the garden is very relaxing to me – maybe it’s the lavender 🙂

What I found hard!

  • motivating myself for the CO2 table after working, gym and swimming
  • the temperature dropping as the sun went away, it started getting colder during the session even though I had a blanket

Tip of the DAY!

Training comes in many variation, try to get as much changes as possible. So you’re body and mind is happy.

The goal for tomorrow!

  • Wake up when I want to not when I have to
  • Doing the table in the morning when I’m fresh and not tired by the day 🙂
